Service cancellations.
We provide a full refund if you cancel in writing within 48 hours of payment and before work commences. Fees are non-refundable once work commences.
All service engagements have a three-month minimum, which remains owed under the agreement. To end a retainer after that term, provide 30 days’ written notice.
Duplicate charges are always refunded. Charges paid directly to advertising platforms or tool providers are subject to those providers’ policies.
Processing times.
We approve or decline a refund request within three business days. Approved refunds are initiated within five to seven business days.
Settlement can take a further five to ten business days for domestic payments and up to fifteen business days for international payments. Refunds always go to the original payment method.
