K.A.S. Marketing is an independent business led by Kumaraswami Shanthosh at 211 H, Madathupalayam Road, Extension, Avinashi, Tamil Nadu 641654, India.

We provide digital marketing, lead generation, advertising management, websites, email and WhatsApp marketing, social media management, software and app development. We do not offer SEO.

Deliverables, fees, applicable taxes, payment schedules, milestones and responsibilities are agreed in writing before work begins. All service engagements have a three-month minimum, including fixed-scope builds.

Changes to scope must be agreed in writing and may affect fees and delivery. You are responsible for supplying accurate information, required access and timely approvals.

Advertising spend and third-party tool costs are billed directly to you by the provider and are never marked up by us.

A full refund is available if you cancel in writing within 48 hours of payment and before work commences. Service fees are non-refundable once work commences. The three-month minimum commitment remains owed under the agreement.

Retainers require 30 days’ written notice to end after the minimum term. Read the cancellation and refund policy for processing times.

Project IP transfers to you on final payment. Third-party software, licensed assets and open-source components retain their respective licences. You must have permission to use the materials you supply.

Work is delivered electronically against the agreed schedule. No physical goods are shipped. Delays due to access, approvals or external platforms are communicated with revised timelines.

We do not guarantee lead volumes, lead quality, sales, advertising returns, platform availability or app store approval. Results depend on factors including your offer, market, budget and follow-up.
