What you receive.
Deliverables may include campaign assets, reports, project links, deployed websites or apps, source-code handover and online review sessions, depending on your agreed scope.
No physical goods are shipped and no shipping charges apply.
Timelines.
Service delivery dates and milestones are confirmed in writing before work starts. Fixed-scope builds follow that schedule; retainers deliver the agreed work during each monthly service period. All service engagements have a three-month minimum.
Timelines depend on content, access, approvals, feedback and third-party reviews. We communicate changes and revised milestones in writing. App store approval times are controlled by Apple and Google.
Project IP transfers on final payment. Advertising spend and third-party tools are billed directly to you without markup.
